 Supervising, training & development of a group of LPN's & Medical Assistants. Responsible for the general pediatric clinic daily operations. Orientating new staff, provide support & direction to nursing staff. This position also has direct patient care 50% of time. Responsible for the clinic's quality assurance program and nursing practice. Requires: RN with MN license; BSN preferred; CPR certification; 1 year supervisory experience preferably in a clinic (pediatric or family practice), and outpatient experience; computer knowledge (Windows); excellent teaching, interpersonal & communication skills; and quality assurance training
