Daily pay is available to ReadyLink Employees for overtime shifts.
Pay is electronically transferred to an interest bearing account which
can be accessed through their debit card or checks.

Discount Shopping Services
Employees are enrolled in ReadyLink's Discount Shopping Services for
groceries, apparel, pharmaceuticals, travel and other goods and services
that will result in great savings. On groceries alone they can save up to
40%.
With our grocery coupon service, you simply sign on to the ReadyLink
network, compile a grocery list via our prompting screens, and all
applicable grocery coupons are identified for printing in your home where
they can be taken to the store of your choice when going shopping.
HealthCare Benefits
Medical Coverage
Blue Cross functions as the insurance carrier for ReadyLink
HealthCare's unique Health Benefits Plus program.
Full coverage medical insurance program that covers hospitalization,
emergency services, major medical, dental, vision and prescriptions.
x.. It is a Preferred Provider Program and does not include an HMO style
"gate keeper"
Full time employees are vested for ReadyLink provided insurance after
three months.
Medical Savings Account
ReadyLink HealthCare has joined with Merrill Lynch to provide our
employees with a tax-exempt Medical Savings Account which earns tax exempt
investment income.
ReadyLink HealthCare contributes $1000 per year to the Medical
SavingsAccount for employees who work full time
The MSA can be used to pay for any medical expenses not traditionally
covered by your health insurance plan like over the counter medications and
cosmetic surgery using MSA account checks or debit card.
If good health enables the employee to preserve the assets in their
MSA account over the long term, the employee may eventually use these
tax-exempt funds to supplement retirement income. In-Home Telemedicine
Services.
The final portion of our HealthCare Benefits Package is our In-Home
Telemedicine Service. With this program you are connected via our ReadyLink
Video-enabled computer to our Telemedicine Call Center for 24-hour per day
face-to-face health care provided over our video network.
401K Plan Plus
ReadyLink HealthCare 401K Plans are administered by Merrill Lynch
there are over 30 plans to choose from.
With contributions to a tax-deferred retirement plan, for every $0.60
contributed by the employee, the government contributes $0.40 in taxes that
are not paid. A substantial portion of those moneys that are set aside in
this tax sheltered retirement plan, would otherwise be paid to the local,
state and federal government in the form of income tax and other mandatory
payroll deductions.
125 Cafeteria Plan
ReadyLink HealthCare's qualified 125 Cafeteria Plan is yet another way
employees can shelter income from tax deductions, allowing the government to
contribute to child care expenses.
An amount equal to monthly child care expense can be deposited into
this account. The employee deposits $1, but 40 cents of that dollar would
otherwise be paid in taxes. This allows the employee to contribute 60
cents from their net income, and government contributes 40 cents that would
normally be paid out in taxes.
The child care is then paid out of this account monthly. Because the
account is tax-sheltered, child care cost is reduced by 40%.
Home Mortgages
One of the most unique employee benefits provided by ReadyLink are low
cost, non-conforming home mortgages from Merrill Lynch.
When an employee takes advantage of a non-conforming mortgage, they
can save several hundred dollars per month.
There are several plan configurations to meet every need. The employee
can finance up to 100% of their mortgage, including the down payment.
Another plan provides for an interest only mortgage that may lower
payments by $300 to $500 per month while making the entire mortgage payment
tax deductible.
Yet another plan allows parents to deposit money into a collateral
investment account to serve as down payment for their children Cash
Management Accounting
ReadyLink HealthCare through its association with Merrill Lynch has
made a far-reaching financial program available exclusively to ReadyLink
Employees and Joint Employees
Cash Management Accounting (CMA) system is a comprehensive financial
management tool designed to respond to all your investing, borrowing,
spending, saving and asset-allocation needs.
ReadyLink-Merrill Lynch CMA financial service is a combination
brokerage account, money market account, Visa card and checking account that
gives access to a vast array of resources and services, giving the most
convenient and efficient way to manage assets.
Accessing Your Funds
There are several ways to access funds available to ReadyLink
HealthCare Employees.
CMA Direct Deposit Service pay will be automatically deposited into
the CMA account where you can access it through several avenues.
CMA Interest Bearing Checking Account - a simple, easy way to access
funds with no per-check fee and no minimum balance requirement.
CMA Visa Debit/Credit Card
Helps streamline finances by making funds and credit readily available.
There is no annual interest rates and no present credit lines. In
addition employees earn Rewards Bonus Points by using both the debit function
as well as the credit function of the card.
These points can be accumulated indefinitely and redeemed for travel
and merchandise credit.
Allows the employee to access their assets quickly and conveniently
through a package of free transactions with their CMA Debit Card at any
Automatic Teller Machine.
Bill Payment Service
Frees employee from the burden of tedious paperwork by enabling them
tompay any bill for any amount, 24 hours a day through the on-line system.
Certified Check Service - Free service that provides employees withn
certified checks from available funds in their CMA account whenever they need
a certified check for a major purchase or transaction.
CMA Account for Trusts
This service offers one of the most convenient, flexible and
cost-effective ways to hold and manage trust assets. It is a comprehensive
asset management account specifically created to match the employee's
trust planning needs.
The employee will also have free access to Merrill Lynch's Trust and
Estate Information Services, in order to keep them up to date with trust and
estate planning trends.
CMA Account for Estates
This service is designed to provide the legal representative of an
estate with convenient, flexible and cost effective asset management services.
It also offers employee the Transfer on Death Service, which gives the
employee a simple, low-cost way to transfer securities to their beneficiaries
upon death with probate.
Online Work Assignment Scheduling
Employee's enjoy the convenience of signing on to ReadyLink's Website
and view and self schedule themselves for current open positions, 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week.
Nationwide and Temporary & Permanent Assignments
Through ReadyLink HealthCare Traveler Division, ReadyLink Employees
can accept both International and Nationwide Travel Assignments for both
temporary and permanent work assignments of varying lengths of time.
