RN PEDIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER 
Growing multi service agency seeks licensed Part Time nurse practitioner for in house medical office serving children and adolescents in Group Home or Foster Home placement. Pediatric experience required, knowledge of high risk children and youth a plus, psychiatric experience helpful. Duties include intake and routine physicals, management of identified medical conditions, maintain medical records, review results of specialist consultations and laboratory testing, patient, staff and foster parent education, medication monitoring, participate in multi disciplinary team meetings.
