Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Management

Assistant Manager: Neonatal Nurse Practitioners - Outstanding opportunity
for a
seasoned, Masters' prepared NNP to share in the management, clinical
leadership
and professional development of a substantial NNP group.
Fifty bed LIII University associated tertiary referral center with five
attendings.
High-risk neonatal patients include surgical referrals and other patients
requiring
subspecialty consultation. NNP's enjoy a fairly autonomous case management
role involving 75% clinical and 25% research activity. Air and ground neonatal
transport managed by NNPs.
To qualify, you must be Masters' prepared, NCC certified and have at least
three
years solid tertiary care NNP experience. In addition to direct patient case
management responsibilities, you must be comfortable and proficient in the
ability
to supervise, teach and evaluate the performance of experienced NNPs in a role
of clinical leadership and NNP needs facilitation.
Compensation and benefits are outstanding, nationally competitive and very
comprehensive. Medium-sized "college town" location with easy reach of the
seashore, mountains and other major recreational areas.
