i am sorry, but answer is NO. i was a great gymnast at age of 5 - 9. then i broke my hand and they didnt let me do gymnastic. Now i am 15, and it is really late age for this stuff. i can do anything anymore. it is just unreal to do those stuff at age of 15, that's what my coach said.

At a glance they look so skinny and fragile, but their strength and ability is incredible, i don't get how they do it.
I'm not for the whole "manufactured kid prodigy" thing, but this is pretty awesome.

No, the girls don't live at the gym. This gym is the main Russian training centre in Omsk. Most of the girls will have trained in other parts of Russia and then will have been presented to one of the top coaches at Omsk. This is where the top girls train.
They probably eat much more than you do, just in moderation. Lots and lots of protein etc.
They are not 'skinny', it is muscle. They are incredibly fit athletes.
They probably start from the age 3-6.
