I don't understand how to open my chakras.. I practice meditate on the certain chakra but nothing ever happens for me :( . What am I supposed to feel exactly?

it's diffirent for everyone, me, i feel some strange tickle at the edge of my toungue, but it could be that it is somewhere else in your body, and besides you really have to train 10 years(at least i had to) untill you really feel the energy;)

The seven chakras, lucky number 7 have both good and negative qualities. Darkside and Lightside of the Force. These qualities are under the control of the person. Self control. Evolution from fetus to baby to child to teenager and finally adult. Although, wisdom does not always come with age !
