I'm sorry I don't agree. I don't think they sold out at all, they just produced the music they wanted to produce. They had no hidden agenda. Daniel Johns wrote music that he was proud to produce. He said in an interview that he was embarrassed of Frogstomp and Freak Show but proud of Neon Ballroom and Diorama because it was music he would actually like to listen to himself. He said he didn't care what people thought about it, he just wanted to make what he wanted, not what others wanted.
