I have two disabled dogs, one in a cart because of a spinal injury & one with a deformed leg & I have to say that they are the most rewarding animals I have ever had. Dogs don't know they're disabled - too busy enjoying life.

Pedigrees are also plagued with problems. Mutts are much healthier. We had a foxy x and she went to the vet 3 times in 19 years, twice for her nails to be trimmed and the 3rd to be put to sleep as her body began to shut down.

I love his teeth! he's not mean, but he look tough. and I guess he is if he can learn to cope with his disabilites.
