Pain Management and Appropriate Care: Palliative Care

This program features a series of pain case conferences in which physicians present challenging cases to a multidisciplinary panel of experts knowledgeable in treating the relevant type of pain. The patient's physician provides the history, examination, labs/radiology, diagnosis, and other pertinent information. Experts present topics specific to the case. The panel discussions include overall assessment, anatomy, etiology, prevalence, patient education procedures, treatment options and patient monitoring.
